Most recently seen in New York in Uncle Vanya, Blanchett's stage work includes Oleanna, A Streetcar Named Desire, Hedda Gabler and The Seagull. Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton are currently artistic directors of the Sydney Theatre Company.
