Lucie Arnaz, who recently joined the cast of Broadway's Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, offers Lucie's Birthday Bash at Birdland July 17.

The 7 PM evening — described as a "casual birthday party/showbiz extravaganza" — will feature Arnaz's interpretations of standards, new tunes and Latin songs. Musical director Ron Able will accompany Arnaz on piano, and the evening will also boast surprise special guests.

Lucie Arnaz received the Theatre World Award for her performance in the Neil Simon/Marvin Hamlisch/Carole Bayer Sager musical, They're Playing Our Song. She returned to Broadway 13 years later to star in Simon's Pulitzer Prize/Tony Award-winning play, Lost in Yonkers. Arnaz starred opposite Tommy Tune in the national tour of My One and Only, and opposite husband Laurence Luckinbill in the national tours of Whose Life Is It Anyway? and Social Security. She also starred in the West End premiere of the musical, The Witches of Eastwick. Arnaz is the winner of the Emmy Award, Theatre World Award, Outer Critics Circle Award, Sarah Siddons Award and the Carbonell Award.

Birdland is located in Manhattan at 315 West 44th Street. There is a $35 cover and a $10 food/drink minimum. Call (212) 581-3080 for reservations.
